What's the deal with MLMs? In a multi-level marketing company, independent representatives are incentivized to recruit other participants.

They receive commissions from the sales made by the participants, which enables them to earn passive income. Many people join an MLM as a side hustle in the hopes of achieving "unlimited earning potential".

However, they often end up losing money and racking up debt. The reason being that in order to even join an MLM, you need to buy the products to sell.

And you may need to sell a certain volume to receive your commission, or otherwise, you may have to bring on other sellers.

These goals aren't easy to achieve, especially every month.
